To provide delivery services, Oderela Business processes information submitted by the merchant:

• Merchant Account Data: Business name, contact person, verified phone number, physical shop address, operating region.
• Dispatch Order Data: Recipient name, destination street address, customer contact number, parcel description, and COD cash amounts.
• Financial Records: Transaction logs, delivery fee calculations, and cash-on-delivery settlement receipts.

2. How Customer Contact Details Are Protected

The recipient phone numbers and home addresses you input into the dispatch console are utilized exclusively by the assigned rider to coordinate delivery and doorstep arrival. We do not sell, rent, or market to your end-customers' private contact data.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All merchant portal interactions, account credentials, and API requests are transmitted over encrypted TLS/HTTPS protocols. Access to your merchant dispatch records is restricted to authenticated user sessions and authorized regional administrators.

4. Retention of Transaction Logs

We retain commercial delivery order records for financial auditing, tax compliance, and COD dispute resolution. Merchants may review their historical order logs directly inside the merchant dashboard at any time.
