Merchant Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2026 · Operating in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan
1. Scope of Commercial Logistics Service
Oderela Business (“Oderela”, “we”, “our”) provides on-demand and scheduled B2B motorcycle courier services to registered commercial merchants (“Merchant”, “you”) across designated Oderela regions and their available delivery zones in Gilgit-Baltistan. Deliveries are carried out within the registered region and delivery zones; extended distances are handled via custom transit arrangements.
2. Merchant Account & Storefront Obligations
Merchants must provide accurate facility physical addresses, genuine business contact credentials, and correct package descriptions. The merchant guarantees that all packages dispatched are adequately packaged, sealed, and protected from environmental exposure. For delicate items such as fragile glassware, laboratory diagnostic kits, or sensitive parcels, the merchant must select the “Scheduled / Sensitive” dispatch tier.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Custody & Settlements
Where Cash on Delivery is requested, our courier is authorized to collect the designated PKR amount from the end recipient prior to releasing the package. All collected cash is recorded digitally in the merchant console. COD funds collected are held in trust and reconciled either on a daily or next-business-day basis via direct cash payout at the region's office, or via electronic bank / mobile wallet transfer (JazzCash, EasyPaisa).
4. Prohibited Items
Merchants are strictly prohibited from dispatching illegal narcotics, unlicensed firearms or ammunition, volatile hazardous chemicals, stolen merchandise, or any items prohibited by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the regional administration of Gilgit-Baltistan. Oderela riders reserve the right to inspect packages where suspicion arises and report violations to law enforcement authorities.
5. Delivery SLAs & Weather Exceptions
Oderela aims for an average 10–18 minute pickup turnaround for Instant Express orders within municipal zones. However, delivery time commitments are subject to mountain weather disruptions, severe snow, flash landslides, bridge closures, and road maintenance in Northern Pakistan. In such events, dispatch coordinators will promptly notify merchants via WhatsApp.
6. Cancellations & Fees
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before a courier has arrived at the pickup location. Once a rider has picked up the package from the merchant facility, the standard delivery fee applies. If a customer refuses acceptance at the doorstep through no fault of the courier, the package will be returned to the merchant storefront and the delivery fee remains payable.
7. Amendments
Oderela reserves the right to modify delivery rates, zone boundaries, or operating hours with advance notice published on the merchant portal and shared through regional WhatsApp channels.
